Based on your posts you don't seem to have any experience doing this type of work, so read the service manual on your outdrive to determine the level of work involved. If you do a lot of wrenching on your vechicles, you'll probalby be able to pull this off yourself.

But in 2000, SeaRay was only using Mercruiser. The manual also says to allow the adhesive to dry for about 10 minutes prior to attaching the bellows by this time its dried up a bit and bonds alot better, also the hose clamp bolts have a recommended torque value, I followed these steps and havn't had any leaks or bellows come off yet.
