I'm refering to the "sv" and "var" on the bottom of net_graph - right next to "tickrate". The entire line next to "Tickrate" pretty much becomes yellow/red during the stuttering. Webtried some settings on medium and high aswell. didnt change anything other than being able to see trough molotovs. but still stuttering. There should be a power option called AND Ryzen High performance. If you do not have that option, then it you likely need to install/update the chip drivers for the motherboard.
