Then my gpu clock is running 135MHz under load (plugged in and full charge). I have tried disable and enable the gpu already, reinstall driver still didn't work. Thankyou in advance. Spec. If it was with air, it might have been ok for 0 rpm fans but it's certainly not for watercooling. PerfCap Reason, even with +160 on the core running at 2130 and memory at 1625, the PerfCap reason is staying at Idle...i've never seen that before, on an old 560Ti or 750Ti or 960 the perfcap reason was Pwr or Vrel...never seen it staying at Idle (or previously Util) @ 100% with an overclock...

"Thrm" doesn't necessarily mean you're thermal throttling, it just means you're hitting the thermal limits of your card and so the card won't boost further.
